創業1703年!貫禄の外観です。Established in 1703! The exterior has much dignity.
松野醤油ができたのは1703年。実に300年以上も味を守っているのです。 今の建物になったのは1849年。貫禄のたたずまいは、まるでここだけ時が止まっているかのよう。 Matsuno soy sause was established in 1703, they keep their own taste for more than 300 years. This building was build in 1849. Only this house doesn't get old since that period.
店内へ into the shop
店内に入ると、お醤油のいい香りに包まれます。棚には、お醤油を中心に、みそ、柚子ポン酢などがずらり。3本、5本などパックになっているものもあるので、贈答品として選ぶ方も多いのでしょう。それぞれ試飲も可能です。 It smells soy sauce as soon as you come in the shop. There are some kinds of soy sauce, Miso, Yuzu-citrus soy sauce. You can try most of the sauces.
This is a "Sashimi soy sauce" A staff said it takes 2 years to make this. It's salt-reduced, so it's not only okay for sashimi, but every dish. The taste is...RICH. Comparing to usual one, it express the taste of soy. I don't feel salty, it's fruity and smooth. But it doesn't stay in the mouth long, it vanish soon. This is the first experience for me. It makes me eat it again and again...
